At Aliette Co-Care, my mission is simple: to provide thoughtful, relationship-centered primary care that prioritizes clarity, collaboration, and compassion.

I am a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner serving the South Yarmouth and greater Cape Cod community. My background in nursing spans years of bedside care, chronic disease management, and clinical leadership — including experience as a Director of Nurses in long-term care. That leadership role strengthened my commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and coordinated care across complex healthcare systems.

Throughout my career, I have cared for individuals with multiple chronic conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, pulmonary disorders, and age-related health challenges. I understand that health is rarely simple — and that patients deserve time, attention, and clear communication.

Aliette Co-Care was created to bring primary care back to its foundation: partnership. I believe in working collaboratively with my patients — reviewing options together, explaining the “why” behind recommendations, and ensuring each care plan aligns with your goals and values.

As a Massachusetts-licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority, I provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and ongoing wellness support. I am committed to evidence-based practice while recognizing that every patient’s story is unique.

Living and practicing on Cape Cod allows me to serve a community that includes retirees, working families, and seasonal residents. I understand the importance of accessible, dependable care in our region and strive to offer continuity and responsiveness you can rely on.
